The educational foundation Deutsche Telekom Stiftung is working, via numerous programs and projects, to help improve education in STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). It supports children and young people aged 10 to 16 in learning important skills for their educational and career paths both in and out of school. Along with STEM-related skills, the skills in question include critical thinking, good judgment and discernment, creativity, and communication and teamworking skills. The foundation provides such support out of the conviction that a modern education system must give young people the best possible preparation for meeting global challenges such as digital transformation, climate change, electromobility, and biodiversity.
